The M/s Gathering features moderated discussions instead of the traditional workshops and classes that most events offer. Each discussion will be moderated by a discussion leader who will introduce the discussion topic and give an overview of their thoughts on the topic. Attendees are encouraged to share their views or ask questions.
To ensure that attendees have a fair chance to speak, each discussion will have a monitor who will keep track of attendees who wish to speak and limit the time each individual may speak. The discussion leader and the monitor will discourage people talking over each other and engaging in side conversations that might disrupt the discussion.
Throughout the weekend, there will be four different types of discussions that attendees will be able to attend. We hope that everyone will take advantage of all four types of discussions in order to derive the most enjoyable experience from the event.
Pricing
Registration includes admittance to all Social Events and corresponding snacks, including the Wednesday night Early Bird events, Thursday night Opening Cocktail Reception and We Gather Perspective, the Friday night Meet N Greet and Keynote Speech, the Saturday night Ice Cream Social and all discussion groups except for the Meal Time Chats, which require the purchase of a meal ticket.
Initial Registration – $129.00 until 11:59pm on October 31, 2019
General Registration – $149.00 November 1, 2019 until January 31, 2020
Late Registration – $169.00 February 1, 2019 until April 10, 2020
Hotel Information
Once you register for the event, you will see the link to register for the hotel on the confirmation page. Even if you are not planning to stay at the hotel during the weekend, you can follow the link for the hotel information and address. Room rates are in effect until March 31, 2020. Reservations may be made after that date as long as there are rooms available but the rate is not guaranteed and may be higher.

Meal Tickets
We will be offering pre-purchased tickets for brunch which will be held along with the Meal Time Chats. The family dinner will also require pre-purchased tickets. Tickets must be purchased through the Registration site at any time before April 10, 2020. Stay tuned for the list of presenters who will be featured at the Meal Time Chats and the menu for each meal.
