Thank you for being a contestant in the New England Leather Contest!
The winner of the New England Leather title contest will represent the region at the
International Mr. Leather contest or International Ms. Leather contest in Chicago, IL the
following May during their New England Leather title year. An airfare and lodging stipend will
be awarded to the winner in addition to their New England Leather title sash and back patch.
The winner will represent the leather community of New England for one calendar year.
Each contestant will complete and submit an application that will contain information to be
given to the Judges and MC.
On Friday evening of the New England Leather Weekend, contestants will pick their numerical
order on stage during the Meet & Greet, hosted at The Vault.
All contestants are required to be at the Meet & Greet by 10pm Friday of New England Leather
Weekend.
Contestant interviews will begin at 5pm Saturday.
The New England Leather Contest show will begin at 9pm Saturday night; contestants are
required to be at the NEL Contest show venue by 8:30pm Saturday.
The interviews and contest show both occur at Paramount Nightclub.
Contestants are expected to be prompt for Friday’s Meet & Greet, Saturday’s interviews, and
Saturday’s show staging.
Final variations in schedule may occur.
An exact agenda will be provided to registered contestants.
